Diana Tea Company Limited is a public company based in India, established under the Companies Act of 1956. Its core business involves the cultivation and manufacturing of tea, with a guiding philosophy to achieve excellence in every area of operation and growth. The company commits to conducting its business in a fair, transparent, and ethical manner, holding itself accountable to the society it serves. Its main activities include the manufacturing and sale of tea, supported by its own tea estates located in West Bengal. These estates feature processing factories that can produce CTC tea, with an installed combined capacity of 5,000 tonnes. By the end of the financial year on March 31, 2024, the company provided employment to a total of 3,580 individuals.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.
