The Company offers work-over and drilling services to exploration and production (E&P) players through its fleet of rigs. The Company holds North Karanpura CBM block through its subsidiary Prabha Energy Private Limited. It also provides coal bed methane and related engineering solutions. Its subsidiaries include Deep Energy LLC, Deep Natural Resources Limited and Prabha Energy Pvt Ltd.;
