The Company operates a hotel at Siliguri in north Bengal and its business activities also encompass Darjeeling district, state of Sikkim and Bhutan. It is engaged in the sale of food and beverages at its restaurant and operation of health club, park rental for marriages and other occasions. It is also engaged in the business of selling tour packages to both domestic and international travelers. Its hotel is spread in approximately three acres, and it has over 43 deluxe and suite rooms, two large gardens for marriage functions. It also provides Aquazing-open air swimming pool, Playfit-gymnasium with steam and sauna baths, Amrapali-vegetarian, fine dining restaurant serving A la carte/ Buffet meals, Recoil Bar, Younion Lounge, Sun-Deck Patio and four conference halls to meet the needs of the discerning business and leisure travelers. ;
