In the last financial year, the company's other business activities, including property leasing and hostel business, earned Rs. 542.08 Lacs. The management expects that rental income will increase substantially in the future as more company premises are leased out. Demonstrating a significant recovery, the company reported a profit of Rs. 84.80 lakhs, reversing a loss of Rs. 48.54 lakhs from the previous year.;
