However, the company did not conduct any business operations during the financial year and consequently generated no revenue from its main activities. Its main manufacturing plant in Patratu, Jharkhand, was sold via an auction process by its creditors to M/s Ultratech Cement Limited. Consequently, the company has sold all its revenue-generating assets and currently possesses no alternative income source. The sale of its key plant assets in Jharkhand was completed for a total consideration of Rs. 169.79 crores.;
