Terms and Conditions for Safe Exit

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“TnC”) govern the use of the Exit’ feature(“Feature”)  provided by Nextbillion Technology Pvt. Ltd (“NBT”).

Description of the Feature

When you use the 'Safe Exit' feature, we'll automatically trigger orders to close your open positions in futures and options when your total profits or losses for the day reach a level you set.

Before we close these positions, we'll make sure to cancel any other pending orders you might have, except for specific types of orders called GTT and OCO.

This helps you manage your positions more effectively and avoid any unexpected losses or gains.

Eligibility

To use the Safe Exit feature, the user must be a registered client of NBT and have activated the Futures and Options segment in his/her trading account with NBT.

Functionality and Operation

Safe Exit feature provides the client the ability to set a 'Total Returns' value at which he/she wishes to trigger the square-off orders for all open positions in the Futures and Options contracts.

Once the Total Return value set by the client is reached, all the pending unexecuted square-off orders of the client in the Futures and Options contracts against his/her open positions (if any) will be canceled and square-off orders will be placed against the open positions.

Responsibilities of the client

The client is solely responsible for determining the 'Total Returns' at which they wish to square off their open positions and for ensuring that such 'Total Returns' are as per his/her investment goals and risk tolerance.

The client acknowledges that he/she has a clear understanding of the Futures and Options trading and the risks involved.

The client understands and agrees that the Feature is provided as a best-effort basis square-off order placement feature without assuming any liability and responsibility by NBT in this regard. The client must appreciate that there may be a time lag in the cancellation of the existing unexecuted orders and placing the fresh square-off orders. Further, the execution of the square-off orders will depend on the liquidity and volatility in the market. There is no assurance and guarantee of the execution of the square-off orders and/or achieving the Total Return.

The client acknowledges that any loss incurred more than the set trigger of 'Total Returns' shall be solely borne by the client, and NBT shall not be responsible or liable for such losses.

Disclaimer of Liability

NBT shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the client as a result of using the Feature. The client agrees to use the Feature at his/her own risk and consequences.

Modification and Termination

NBT reserves the right to modify/terminate the Feature and/or any of them at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice to the client.

Acceptance of TnC

By using the Safe Exit feature, the client acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to these TnCs.
