The company claims to have experience in providing automation solutions across sectors such as power, water, energy, infrastructure, automotive, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, HVAC and process industries.
The company has strategic authorisations with established automation and instrumentation companies. It is an authorised channel partner of Mitsubishi Electric India, authorised distributor of Endress+Hauser (India), authorised system integrator for Exor products in South India, and authorised solution provider for Euroteck Sprintex Air Blower products in Bengaluru.
Skytech Infinite Platform operates a 10,000 sq. ft. in-house manufacturing facility in Bengaluru for designing and manufacturing electrical panels and control systems. The facility is used for activities including panel assembly, wiring, quality checks, and final assembly testing.
The company has generated revenue through three business segments: EPC contracts, supply of products, and AMC and migration services. In FY26, these contributed 79.90%, 14.91% and 5.20% of its turnover, respectively, providing revenue streams beyond only product sales.
The company participates in government tenders through procurement platforms such as IREPS, GeM, ISRO, and KPCL. According to the prospectus, it was awarded all 54 government tenders it participated in during FY24-FY26, with an aggregate tender value of Rs 16.37 crore.
The company has a high geographical concentration of revenue in Karnataka. Sales from Karnataka accounted for 75.39%, 63.13% and 58.34% of its sales in FY26, FY25 and FY24, respectively. Any adverse economic, regulatory, competitive, or other developments in Karnataka could adversely affect its business, revenue, and results of operations.
The company is dependent on a single manufacturing facility located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Any prolonged shutdown, equipment failure, power disruption, natural disaster or other location-specific disruption at this facility could interrupt production and project execution and adversely affect its business, financial condition and results of operations.
The company's raw material procurement is geographically concentrated in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Haryana. These three states accounted for 84.56%, 91.71% and 90.25% of its total purchases in FY26, FY25 and FY24, respectively. Any disruption in these regions could affect the availability and pricing of raw materials, delay project execution, and adversely affect its operations and financial performance.
The company, its subsidiaries, promoters, and directors are involved in certain ongoing legal proceedings. Any adverse judgments in any of these cases could be detrimental to the company’s business prospects.
The company is dependent on a limited number of customers. Loss of any key customer or a reduction or delay in orders could adversely affect its revenue, profitability, and results of operations.
The company's operations require significant working capital, with trade receivables standing at Rs 27.71 crore, Rs 15.92 crore and Rs 10.77 crore in FY26, FY25 and FY24, respectively, while inventories stood at Rs 8.66 crore, Rs 4.64 crore and Rs 6.58 crore, respectively. Delays in collecting receivables or an inability to manage inventory efficiently could result in liquidity constraints, higher borrowings and finance costs and adversely affect its financial performance.
The company recorded negative cash flow from operating activities of Rs 1.66 crore in FY26, mainly due to higher working capital requirements arising from an increase in inventories and trade receivables. It also recorded negative investing cash flows of Rs 0.07 crore and Rs 0.43 crore in FY26 and FY25, respectively, mainly due to purchases of property, plant and equipment and investments in fixed deposits, while cash flow from financing activities was negative at Rs 2.48 crore in FY24, mainly due to repayment of borrowings. Continued negative cash flows could adversely affect its business, financial condition and ability to fund its operations and growth plans.
The company’s top 10 suppliers accounted for Rs 16.77 crore, Rs 13.19 crore and Rs 15.28 crore, representing 43.79%, 52.61% and 50.38% of total purchases in FY26, FY25 and FY24, respectively. Any loss of key suppliers, supply disruption, or increase in raw material prices could affect project timelines, costs, cash flows, and results of operations.
As of March 31, 2025, the company had outstanding financial indebtedness of Rs 7.98 crore. Any failure to service or repay these loans on time can harm the company’s operations and financial position.
