The company has an in-house product conceptualisation and design process. Its team evaluates design trends, customer preferences, occasion requirements, diamond and gemstone placement, metal usage, wearability and price positioning while developing jewellery products.
The company’s jewellery is supported by applicable quality certifications. These include BIS hallmarking for eligible precious metal jewellery and diamond grading or certification from recognised gemological laboratories such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), wherever applicable.
The company provides customised jewellery services. Customers can personalise jewellery designs based on their preferences, requirements and occasions, alongside services such as private consultations, personalised gifting and private viewings.
The company operates a retail boutique in Chandigarh with IT-enabled inventory systems. Its infrastructure includes barcode-based inventory tracking, CCTV surveillance, access controls, and secure display and storage facilities for jewellery products.
The company uses selective marketing and brand identification initiatives for its “Omara” jewellery. Its jewellery products are embossed or marked with the Omara logo or insignia, while its brand visibility activities include print and digital media, exhibitions, private events and lifestyle and bridal platforms.
The company has witnessed a consistent increase in its revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT). Revenue from operations increased from Rs 23.19 crore in FY24 to Rs 23.52 crore in FY25 and Rs 45.87 crore in FY26. PAT increased from Rs 0.31 crore in FY24 to Rs 2.73 crore in FY25 and Rs 9.36 crore in FY26.
The company depends on a limited number of suppliers for key raw materials such as diamonds, gold, silver and precious and semi-precious gemstones. Its top supplier accounted for Rs 15.32 crore (32.81%) of purchases in FY26, Rs 5.39 crore (33.43%) in FY25 and Rs 14.24 crore (52.97%) in FY24. Any inability of these suppliers to meet requirements or any disruption in their supply may increase procurement costs, affect inventory availability and margins, and disrupt the company’s operations.
The company depends on retaining existing customers and attracting new customers through its retail boutique and brand presence. Its top customer contributed Rs 7.49 crore (16.33%) to revenue from operations in FY26, Rs 0.89 crore (3.79%) in FY25, and Rs 2.40 crore (10.35%) in FY24. Any loss of key customers, reduction in repeat purchases or decline in customer footfall may adversely affect the company’s sales and profitability.
A significant portion of the company’s revenue is generated from Chandigarh, which contributed Rs 38.04 crore (82.92%) of revenue in FY26, Rs 21.93 crore (93.22%) in FY25, and Rs 18.16 crore (78.29%) in FY24. Any adverse economic, regulatory or market developments in Chandigarh, including reduced discretionary spending, changes in customer preferences, increased competition or disruption in local conditions, may adversely affect the company’s sales, cash flows and results of operations.
A significant portion of the company’s revenue is derived from solitaire and diamond jewellery, which contributed Rs 30.72 crore (66.96%) of total product sales in FY26, Rs 21.13 crore (89.82%) in FY25, and Rs 22.34 crore (96.31%) in FY24. Any decline in demand for this product category due to changes in customer preferences, discretionary spending, diamond prices or fashion trends may adversely affect the company’s sales, profitability and financial performance.
The company has reported negative cash flows from operating activities of Rs 6.70 crore, Rs 0.84 crore, and Rs 0.10 crore in FY26, FY25, and FY24, respectively, and negative cash flows from investing activities of Rs 0.28 crore and Rs 1.07 crore in FY26 and FY25, respectively. The operating cash outflow in FY26 was mainly due to increased inventory and other working capital requirements for retail operations, new designs, and anticipated business needs, while investing outflows were primarily towards fixed assets, furniture, fixtures and boutique infrastructure. Continued pressure from inventory procurement, timing differences between purchases and sales realisation, or investment in infrastructure may adversely affect the company’s cash flows and financial condition.
The company had outstanding financial indebtedness of Rs 22.43 crore as of March 31, 2026. Any failure to service or repay its borrowings on time could adversely affect the company’s business, financial condition, and cash flows.
