Strengths & Risks

Strengths
Risks
The company was empanelled as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) for the Government of India’s Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) initiative in 2022. This gives it experience in ONDC integrations and digital commerce projects.
The company has a diversified digital commerce and technology services portfolio. Its offerings include e-commerce platforms, ONDC integrations, software and mobile application development, cloud and DevOps, digital marketing, SaaS products, and blockchain-based solutions.
The company has a presence across domestic and international markets. It states that it serves clients in more than 12 countries, including the United States, Japan, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Canada, with the majority of its revenue generated from India.
The company follows a hybrid revenue model combining project-based income with recurring revenue. Recurring revenue is generated through SaaS subscriptions, maintenance contracts, and support retainerships, reducing its dependence on one-time projects.
The company claims to have a dedicated R&D team of more than 100 employees. The team works on technologies including artificial intelligence and machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, Internet of Things, blockchain, and cloud-native architectures.
The company is ISO 27001:2022 certified for information security management systems and ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management systems. These certifications cover its information security and quality management processes.
The company has experience in blockchain-based technology solutions in addition to its digital commerce services. It provides consulting, development, and integration services for blockchain applications, including smart contract development and integration of ONDC protocol-based applications with existing enterprise systems.
The company has shown a consistent increase in revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT). The revenue from operations increased from Rs 10.11 crore to Rs 28.33 crore to Rs 51.37 crore in FY24, FY25 and FY26, respectively. PAT increased from Rs 0.90 crore to Rs 3.70 crore and then Rs 8.40 crore during the same period.
The company’s revenue is significantly dependent on a limited number of customers. Its top 10 customers contributed Rs 35.54 crore (69.17%), Rs 17.03 crore (60.12%), and Rs 8.80 crore (87.09%) to revenue from operations in FY26, FY25, and FY24, respectively. Any loss of these customers, reduction or cancellation of orders, or inability to negotiate favourable terms with them could adversely affect the company’s business, financial condition, results of operations and cash flows.
The company and its promoters are involved in certain ongoing legal proceedings before various courts, tribunals, and appellate authorities. Any adverse ruling in these proceedings, or any future legal proceedings involving the company or its promoters, could adversely affect its reputation, business, financial condition, results of operations, and cash flows.
The company has reported negative cash flows in certain financial years. Net cash used in operating activities stood at Rs 1.10 crore in FY26, compared with positive cash flows of Rs 2.50 crore and Rs 0.11 crore in FY25 and FY24, respectively, while net cash used in investing activities stood at Rs 4.02 crore, Rs 5.65 crore and Rs 0.23 crore in FY26, FY25 and FY24, respectively. The negative operating cash flow in FY26 was primarily due to an increase in trade receivables of Rs 5.81 crore, an increase in other current assets of Rs 3.65 crore and a decrease in trade payables of Rs 5.06 crore, while the negative investing cash flows were mainly due to investments in shares of Rs 6.05 crore in FY26, an increase in inter-corporate deposits (ICDs) of Rs 2.50 crore and payment of security deposits of Rs 2.00 crore in FY25. Sustained negative cash flows could adversely affect the company’s financial condition and results of operations.
The company operates in a highly skilled and employee-intensive IT industry segment and depends on its ability to attract, train, and retain professionals with specialised technical skills. Employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 7.77 crore (19.25% of total expenses), Rs 6.41 crore (27.53%), and Rs 4.92 crore (55.37%) in FY26, FY25 and FY24, respectively. Any increase in employee attrition or sustained rise in compensation and training costs for specialised IT professionals could adversely affect project execution, operating margins, and overall finances.
The company’s trade receivables have increased significantly, from Rs 2.02 crore in FY24 to Rs 11.16 crore in FY25 and Rs 17.11 crore in FY26. If the company is unable to collect these receivables or bill unbilled services on time, it could adversely affect the company’s cash flows and results of operations.
As of March 31, 2026, the company had outstanding secured borrowings of Rs 3.96 crore. Any inability to service or repay these borrowings could adversely affect the company’s business, financial condition, and results of operations.
