Retail-focused jewellery brand PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery is launching its IPO for public subscription today, 24 February 2026. Ahead of the IPO opening, the company raised ₹171 crore from anchor investors on 23 February 2026.

Issue Type: The IPO is a book-build issue of ₹380 crores, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 0.98 crore shares.

IPO Closing Date: February 26, 2026

Allotment Date: The basis of allotment will be finalised by February 27, 2026.

The brand offers an extensive portfolio that includes jewellery embedded with diamonds, precious stones, and semi-precious gemstones, along with a curated range of plain platinum products such as rings, chains, and bracelets.

The company’s revenue from operations has fluctuated over the past three fiscal years, decreasing from ₹198.85 crore in FY 2023 to ₹195.63 crore in FY 2024 and subsequently increasing to ₹258.18 crore in FY 2025, reflecting a CAGR of 13.95%.
