  • Nisus Finance Services' initial public offering (IPO) will be held from December 4th to 6th, 2024.
  • The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 5,645,600 equity shares, amounting to Rs 101.62 crores, and an offer for sale of up to 700,800 equity shares, amounting to 12.61 crores. The size of the IPO is Rs 114.24 crore.

  • The company will utilize the proceeds from the IPO to enhance fund setup and facility management services, obtain additional licenses, and improve fund management infrastructure in key financial hubs such as:
    • IFSC-Gift City (Gandhinagar, India)
    • FSC-Mauritius
    • DIFC-Dubai (UAE)
  • Nisus Finance also plans to invest in its subsidiary company, Nisus Fincorp, to boost its capital base.
  • The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes and to cover fundraising costs and placement fees for domestic and international markets.
