Axis Capital Limited, Ambit Private Limited and ICICI Securities Limited are the book-running lead managers for the issue. KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar.

Citius TransNet Investment Trust (InvIT) is a transport-focused infrastructure investment trust established to acquire, manage, and invest in road infrastructure assets across India. Registered with SEBI in August 2025, the trust is sponsored by Epic TransNet Infrastructure Private Limited and managed by EAAA TransInfra Managers Limited, part of the EAAA Alternatives platform.
The trust primarily owns and operates a diversified portfolio of road assets, including toll-based and annuity-based highway projects, aimed at generating stable cash flows. Its initial portfolio comprises 10 road projects (7 toll and 3 annuity assets) spanning over 3,400 lane kilometres across multiple states in India, supported by an experienced operational team.
Financially, it reported revenue of around ₹2,165.62 crore in FY25, up from ₹2,038.53 crore in FY24, indicating steady growth in operational income.
