2) Central Bank of India Balance Check Number for SMS Alert

Central Bank allows its customers to check their account balances through SMS. To enjoy this service, customers must register for Central Bank mobile banking services. They can go to the nearest CBI branch and fill out the application form for mobile banking.

After registering for mobile banking, customers can send an SMS to the Central Bank Balance Enquiry number in the following format:

BALAVL<Account Number><MPIN> to 9967533228.

3) CBI Balance Check Number for Missed Call Services

CBI customers with savings or current accounts can check their bank balances through missed calls. To get their account balance, customers can give a missed call to the Central Bank of India balance enquiry number - 9555244442 from their registered mobile number.

4) Central Bank of India Balance Check Process through ATM

The Central Bank of India balance enquiry process can also be done through an ATM. An individual can visit any nearest ATM (not necessarily a CBI ATM) and follow the steps mentioned below for balance enquiry:

  • Swipe your CBI ATM card into the ATM machine.
  • Enter your 4-digit ATM PIN.
  • Select ‘Balance Enquiry’ from the options displayed on the ATM screen.
  • Your current account balance will be displayed on the screen. 
  • To generate a receipt or mini-statement, click the ‘Generate Mini-statement’ option.

5) Central Bank Balance Enquiry through Passbook

All Central Bank customers receive a CBI passbook while opening a bank account. This passbook includes all the debit and credit transaction details of the bank account. Customers can update their Central Bank passbook by visiting any nearby CBI branch to keep track of their bank balance.

6) CBI Balance Enquiry through Net Banking

Users who are registered for the Central Bank Net Banking services can easily fetch their bank account balance through the net banking account. Here are the steps to check the CBI Account Balance using net banking:

  • Go to the Central Bank of India online banking website (https://www.centralbank.net.in/#/).
  • Log in using the Net Banking user ID and password.
  • After logging in, go to ‘Account Details’.
  • Click on ‘View Account Details’. 
  • The CBI account balance will be displayed on the screen.

7) Central Bank Balance Enquiry through Mobile Banking

Customers can check their Central Bank account balance through the CBI Mobile Banking application (Cent Mobile). Below are the steps for the Central Bank balance check process through mobile banking:

  • Download the Cent Mobile application from the Play Store or ioS store.
  • Open the application and log in using your registered mobile number or MPIN.
  • After logging in, go to the ‘My Accounts’ options.
  • Click on ‘View Account Balance’. The current balance of the Central Bank account will be displayed on the screen.

8) Central Bank Account Balance Check through UPI

CBI Bank Balance Enquiry can also be made using any UPI application. For this, customers need to download a UPI app and follow the instructions given below:

  • Open any UPI application on your smartphone.
  • Enter the security code or biometrics to unlock your application.
  • In case you haven’t added any bank account, click on ‘Add Bank Account’.
  • Enter the registered mobile number linked to your bank account.
  • The linked bank account will automatically get fetched. Click on ‘Confirm’.
  • After adding the account, click on ‘View Account Balance’.
  • Enter your UPI PIN.
  • The current account balance will be displayed on the screen.
