Pradip Overseas Limited is an India-based company that is primarily engaged in inhouse manufacturing of home textile articles from 100% cotton sheeting, flannel, polyester cotton and 100% polyester satin, jacquard, stripes, which is from 150 thread count to 1000 thread count quilts, curtains, cushions and towels. The Company operates through the Textile segment. The Company's geographical segments include Within India and Outside India. Its products also include a bed in a bag, comforters, jerseys, micro, readymade and seersuckers. Its is manufactures a range of bed sheets and other linen products with design and finishing. The Company has its own stitching unit equipped with Japanese machines with the capacity to stitch/deliver over 3,00,000 sets a month. It has a processing department, which consists of bleaching, dyeing, finishing with three rotary machines along with backup processes. The Company’s manufacturing facilities are located at Changodar.;
