RSI(14) - Relative Strength Index
The RSI (Relative Strength Index) is a momentum oscillator that ranges from 0 to 100 and helps identify potential trend reversals or entry/exit points.
- Above 70: Overbought – price may correct or pull back soon.
- Below 30: price may rebound or stabilize.
- Between 30–70: Neutral – no strong momentum in either direction.
MACD (12, 26, 9) - Moving Average Convergence Divergence
The MACD tracks momentum shifts by comparing short-term and long-term moving averages. It helps traders spot trend direction, strength, and potential reversals.
- MACD Line above Signal Line: Bullish – upward momentum building.
- MACD Line below Signal Line: Bearish – downward momentum increasing
- MACD equals Signal Line: Neutral – market indecision or transition phase.
Beta
Beta measures a stock’s volatility relative to the overall market (usually the Nifty 50 or Sensex).
- Above 1.2: Highly volatile – price moves more sharply than the market.
- Around 1.0: Moves in line with the market.
- Below 0.8: Less volatile – more stable, defensive stock.
MFI - Money Flow Index
MFI combines price and volume to identify buying and selling pressure. It helps confirm price trends with volume, making it useful to spot divergences.
- Above 80: Overbought – heavy inflows may slow down soon.
- Below 20: Oversold – heavy outflows may be overdone, possible bounce.
- Between 40–60: Neutral – balanced money flow.
CCI (14) - Commodity Channel Index
The CCI measures how far a stock’s price deviates from its average price - useful to identify cyclical turns or extreme price conditions relative to historical norms.
- Above +100: Overbought – prices extended above average; may cool off.
- Below -100: Oversold – prices below average; may rebound.
- Between -100 and +100: Neutral – prices moving near the mean.
ATR - Average True Range
ATR measures volatility — how much the price moves on average over a set period.
- High ATR: price is swinging more (high volatility).
- Low ATR: price is moving less (low volatility).
- Neutral: ATR doesn’t say if the trend is up or down, only how strong the movements are.
ADX (14) – Average Directional Index
ADX measures the strength of a trend, regardless of its direction. It’s derived from the Directional Movement Index (DMI) and typically uses a 14-period average.
- Above 25: Strong trend (can be either uptrend or downtrend).
- Below 20: Weak or sideways market — little trend strength.

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.
