What is a stocks capital gains report?

Loading...

A stocks capital gains report shows your capital gains or losses for the financial year from all realized stock transactions, including charges. "Realized" means stocks you've sold during that year.

It breaks down your transactions into three categories for easier tax calculations:

  • Intraday: Sold on the same day of buying
  • Short Term: Sold within 1 year of buying
  • Long Term: Sold on or after 1 year of buying

Steps to request your Stocks Capital Gains:

  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Select the 'Reports' option.
  3. Under 'Tax', choose Stocks-Capital gain.
  4. Select the relevant financial year.
  5. Click 'View'.

Click the button below to go directly to the 'Reports' section.
