We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in status update. The status update after a successful mandate approval sometimes takes longer than usual to reflect on the app especially in case of a popular IPO.

Be assured that if you have successfully approved the mandate on your UPI app, your bid has been placed in the exchange and the status will be updated in the app within 1-2 working days. 

If it has been more than 1-2 working days  and you still feel that your bid may not have been placed on the exchange, you can go ahead and cancel that request on the app and place a new request. 

We do not recommend doing this if it's the final day of an IPO.
