My GTT trigger price was crossed, but my order was not triggered ?

Your GTT orders are triggered based on the price direction of the trigger. 

For example -

Assume that while placing an order, the LTP is 100. You have entered the trigger price as 120. 

Now the order will be placed when the LTP rises above the 120 price point.

Similarly, 

Assume that while placing an order, the LTP is 100. You have entered the trigger price as 80. 

Now the order will be placed when the LTP falls below the 80 price point.
