As per the NSE circular from October 4, 2024, 100% of the sell amount will be available for use in Stocks & FnO within 30 minutes of selling. This lets you invest or trade immediately with the full amount.
You can withdraw the full sell amount only after 10 AM on the next trading day (T+1 day), which is the settlement day.
Example:
If you sell shares on Friday, the amount will be added to your Stocks & FnO balance within 30 minutes and can be used for investing. However, you can withdraw the full sell amount only after 10 AM on Monday.
