You can't use all your stocks for extra balance, only the specific shares, ETFs, and SGBs listed as "Available to pledge."
Additionally, if you can't pledge some stocks, it could be because:
1. You have open sell orders for them.
2. Stocks bought today aren't in your Demat account yet.
Remember, you can only pledge between 7 AM to 7 PM on market days.
