Can I apply as HNI after I have applied as a retail (regular) investor? 

No, you can either apply as a retail (regular) investor or an HNI investor but not both in the same IPO. 

If you wish to re-apply as an HNI, you can cancel your retail (regular) application and apply again as an HNI.
