Rejection of an IPO application may happen due to:
- Insufficient funds in the bank account linked to the entered UPI ID.
- The entered UPI ID belongs to a third person.
- The entered UPI ID is incorrect.
- Declined UPI request on the UPI app.
- Failures in the UPI app or your bank.
- Failures at the IPO sponsor bank that sends the mandate.
- Other incomplete requirements.
