In some cases, mandates cannot be deleted until underlying obligations are fulfilled.
For instance, you cannot delete an IPO mandate if it has already been approved; you can only cancel the IPO application in the IPO section under the Stocks tab.
Similarly, you cannot delete a mandate linked to loan EMIs until the loan is fully paid off.
If an autopay is paused, it cannot be deleted; you must resume it first before deletion.
