To unblock a user from the block list on Groww Pay, follow these steps:
1. Go to 'UPI settings' and click on 'Manage UPI ID'.
2. Click on the three dots at the top-right corner and select 'View blocked users'.
3. Unblock the relevant users/UPI IDs.
