Why is my deposited money not received in the Groww Balance?
Deposits to your Groww Balance usually process quickly, often within minutes. However, sometimes there can be delays. Here's what to expect:- UPI (Unified Payments Interface): This is usually the fastest method, with funds reflecting within minutes. Delays might happen due to payment gateway or bank server issues.
- Net Banking: Generally fast, but it can be slightly slower than UPI.
- Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS): Most deposits should appear in your Groww Balance within 24 hours
- Weekends/Holidays: Deposits made on weekends or public holidays might only be processed on the next working day.
If your deposit takes longer than these timeframes, please check your bank statement to confirm the transaction status or contact Groww support with your transaction details.
