Why am I not receiving email from CAMS/KFintech?

Please note:

1. The email from CAMS/KFintech can take up to 1 day to arrive in your inbox
2. The email will be sent to the email ID used for placing an import request on Groww
3. You will receive email from the following IDs only:
KFintech: [email protected]
CAMS: [email protected]
4. Your CAS received from CAMS/KFintech will be in pdf format

If your issue persists, please place an import request again. 
Note that sometimes, it can take up to 1 day to receive your CAS from CAMS/KFintech
