What should I do if my EMI option or tenure is different from what I selected during my personal loan process?

If you notice that your EMI option or tenure is different from what you selected during your personal loan process, please contact our customer support team. Make sure to provide a screenshot of the EMI you selected during the process and a screenshot of the EMI visible in the Key Fact Statement (KFS). Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
