The retail investor segment has 68.08 lakh shares on offer and was subscribed 22.07 times with bids for 15.05 crore shares. The employee portion was subscribed 4.07 times with bids for 18.86 crore shares against an offer of 4.63 crore shares.
The issue was subscribed 80.80 times with bids for 112.44 crore shares against 1.39 crore shares on offer.
The price band for Transrail Lighting IPO was set at ₹410 to ₹432 per share. The issue had a lot size of 34 shares. To apply to the Transrail Lighting IPO, a minimum investment of ₹14,688 was required. The minimum lot size for small non-institutional investors and big non-institutional investors was set at 14 lots and 69 lots, respectively.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2024, the company reported a revenue of ₹929.70 crore. The company’s net profit for the quarter came in at ₹51.74 crore.
