The company recorded a 2.4% rise in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) at ₹1,181 crore as the second quarter numbers surpassed ₹1,153 crore from last year.
Tata Communications made a complete divestment of its equity position at Tata Communications Payments Solutions (TCPSL) throughout Q3FY25. The company expects its subsidiary stake to be diluted until it transforms into a minority player. A.S. Lakshminarayanan, MD and CEO of Tata Communications, noted that Q3 featured positive outcomes, including digital revenue growth, margin improvements, and free cash flow increase, and the company advanced well with its subsidiary review to maximise performance and generate value through optimisation.
