The IPO proceeds will be allocated to several strategic initiatives. A key focus will be on expanding fund setup and facility management capabilities, along with acquiring new licenses. The company aims to upgrade its fund management infrastructure in prominent financial hubs such as IFSC-Gift City in Gandhinagar, FSC in Mauritius, and DIFC in Dubai.
In addition, a portion of the funds will be invested in Nisus Fincorp, its subsidiary, to strengthen its capital base. The remaining proceeds will be utilized for general corporate purposes, as well as to cover fundraising and placement expenses in both domestic and international markets.
