  • Nisus Finance Services' initial public offering (IPO) will be held from December 4th to 6th, 2024.

Utilization of IPO Proceeds

The IPO proceeds will be allocated to several strategic initiatives. A key focus will be on expanding fund setup and facility management capabilities, along with acquiring new licenses. The company aims to upgrade its fund management infrastructure in prominent financial hubs such as IFSC-Gift City in Gandhinagar, FSC in Mauritius, and DIFC in Dubai.

In addition, a portion of the funds will be invested in Nisus Fincorp, its subsidiary, to strengthen its capital base. The remaining proceeds will be utilized for general corporate purposes, as well as to cover fundraising and placement expenses in both domestic and international markets.

  • In terms of profitability, the Profit After Tax (PAT) for the year ending March 31, 2023, stood at ₹300.05 lakhs. Profit rose to ₹2,287.49 lakhs for the year ending March 31, 2024, reflecting an increase of 662.36%.
