Nisus Finance IPO Details

  • Nisus Finance Services' IPO was open for subscription from December 4th to 6th, 2024.
  • The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 5,645,600 equity shares valued at ₹101.62 crores and an offer for sale of up to 700,800 equity shares amounting to ₹12.61 crores. This brings the total issue size to ₹114.24 crores.  
  • The price band for the IPO is set between ₹170 and ₹180 per share, with a lot size of 800 shares. Retail investors are required to make a minimum investment of ₹144,000, while High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) need to invest at least ₹288,000.  
  • The shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform. The basis of allotment will be finalized on December 9, 2024, today, and the shares are scheduled to be listed on December 11, 2024.

Steps to Check Allotment Status on BSE

  1. Open the Application Status page of BSE: here.
  2. Select Equity under the issue type.
  3. Select 'Nisus Finance Services Co. Limited' under the issue name.
  4. Enter your IPO application number or PAN details.
  5. Check the 'I am not a Robot' box.
  6. Click on the Search button to check the details of the allotment status.

  1. Go to the official website of the registrar Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.: here.
  2. Under the Check Application Status dropdown menu, select Nisus Finance Services Co. Limited.

  • Additionally, the Fund and Asset Management segment focuses on real estate and infrastructure, managing growth capital, project financing, and special situation funding through SEBI, IFSC, and DIFC-registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

Nisus Finance Services IPO Day 3 Subscription Status 

(December 6, 2024, End of Day) 

On the third day of bidding, the Nisus Finance IPO achieved a subscription rate of 192.27 times the total shares on offer. 

  • The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) showed significant interest, subscribing 451.21 times their designated quota. 
  • The Retail Investors segment also garnered exceptional participation, with subscriptions soaring to 139.78 times their allocation. 
  • Meanwhile, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) recorded a subscription level of 93.84 times.
  • Employees subscribed to 0.90 times their allocated shares.

Utilization of IPO Proceeds

The IPO proceeds will be allocated to the following strategic initiatives:

  • Expansion of Capabilities: Focus on enhancing fund setup and facility management capabilities, as well as acquiring new licenses.
  • Infrastructure Upgrades: Upgrade fund management infrastructure in key financial hubs, including IFSC-Gift City in Gandhinagar, FSC in Mauritius, and DIFC in Dubai.
  • Investment in Subsidiary: Strengthen the capital base of Nisus Fincorp, the company's subsidiary.
  • General Corporate Purposes: Allocate funds for general corporate requirements.
  • Fundraising and Placement Costs: Cover expenses related to fundraising and placements in domestic and international markets.
