The allotment of shares was finalized on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, with the IPO expected to list on BSE and NSE on Friday, December 27, 2024. Nuvama Wealth Management Limited served as the book-running lead manager for the IPO, while Link Intime India Private Ltd acted as the registrar for the issue.
The company will not receive any proceeds from the offer, as it will all go to the Selling Shareholders because it is an OFS.
