The company uses comprehensive project management, from land acquisition, project conceptualization, to marketing. It works with service providers to access third-party design, project management, and construction expertise. It also partners with third-party architects, project management consultants, contractors, and international property consultants for its operations.
As per the company, its large-scale, multi-phase projects, are focused on destination creation and generating a critical mass of customers.
The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 13.42 cr, Rs. 13.74 cr and Rs. 18.37 cr in FY 2021, 2022, and 2023 respectively. For the same time periods, it reported profit after tax of Rs. 0.72 cr, Rs. 0.80 cr and Rs. 2.62 cr respectively. 
The company plans to use parts of issue proceeds for funding project ‘V R Vivanta’ by Daxon Reality (Formerly known as Narnarayan Enterprises) which is not wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The company derives all its sales from operations in the Vadodara, Gujarat geographical regions. Any unfavorable developments affecting operations in these regions could adversely impact revenue and operational results.
The company relies on independent third-party service providers and contractors for the execution of various project components. Any failure on their part to fulfill their obligations could have an adverse impact on the company's business, operational results, and cash flows.
The business is subject to the relatively recent legislation, RERA, which may necessitate additional time and costs for compliance. Failure to comply with RERA provisions may result in penal consequences for the company.
The company and its Directors/Promoters are currently involved in ongoing legal proceedings. Any unfavorable decisions in these proceedings have the potential to significantly impact the company's business, operational results, and financial condition.
The company relies on third parties for the supply of building materials essential for its projects, exposing it to risks associated with fluctuations in commodity prices and potential shortages. Additionally, the company lacks long-term supply agreements with raw material providers.
As of March 31, 2023, the company’s long term borrowings were Rs. 8.84 cr & short term borrowings were Rs. 0.88 cr.
