Voler Car operates a fleet of over 2,500 vehicles, including small cars, sedans, SUVs, electric vehicles, buses, and tempo travelers.
In FY23-24, the company completed approximately 3,23,550 trips, averaging over 884 trips per day. As of November 30, 2024, for FY24-25, it has completed around 2,84,039 trips.
The company provides end-to-end corporate transportation solutions and ensures timely pick-ups and drop-offs through strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
The company has seen a consistent increase in revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT). Revenue from operations increased from Rs 23.72 crore in FY22 to Rs 23.96 crore in FY23 to Rs 30.90 crore in FY24. PAT increased from Rs 0.79 crore in FY22 to Rs 1.99 crore in FY23 to Rs 3.56 crore in FY24.
A major portion of the company's revenue comes from its top ten customers. These customers contributed Rs 21.44 crore (99.73%), Rs 30.78 crore (99.65%), Rs 23.84 crore (99.50%), and Rs 23.62 crore (99.55%) for the period ending September 30, 2024 and FY24, FY23, and FY22, respectively to the revenue from operations. Any loss of one or more of these customers or a decline in demand from them could adversely impact revenue and profitability.
The company's operations rely on vendors supplying vehicles and chauffeurs. Any disruption in these relationships or difficulty in forming new partnerships could harm the business and financial results.
Long-standing customer relationships play an important role in the company’s revenue generation. If any of these customers decide to terminate contracts, the company’s financial condition and operational results could be adversely affected.
The company, its directors and promoters are currently involved in certain ongoing legal proceedings. Any adverse judgments in any of these cases could be detrimental to the company’s business prospects.
A large portion of the company’s revenue is derived from customers in Kolkata and Mumbai, with Kolkata contributing the most. These cities contributed Rs 17.75 crore (82.56%) for the period ending September 30, 2024, and Rs 26.54 crore (85.89%), Rs 20.14 crore (84.05%), and Rs 14.34 crore (60.44%) in FY24, FY23, and FY22, respectively to the revenue from operations. Any adverse developments or impact on operations in these cities could negatively affect operations or/and financial performance.
As of September 30, 2024, the company has outstanding dues amounting to Rs 0.39 crore. Any inability to repay or service these loans could adversely affect the company’s financial position.
