Namo eWaste Management is in the business of collection, disposal, and recycling of electronic and electrical waste (e-waste). The company handles waste, including air conditioners, refrigerators, laptops, phones, washing machines, and fans. The company also manages large volumes of e-waste and extracts valuable components such as copper, aluminum, and iron from these devices.
The company is an authorised recycler and enters into procurement service contracts with manufacturers and producers to collect e-waste from their service centres, warehouses, and retail outlets. Namo eWaste Management sources e-waste through partnerships with waste aggregators who collect it directly from consumers.
The company’s service offerings include electronic recycling, refurbishment (involving testing, repairing, and cleaning devices to restore them to a usable condition), and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) services.;

Namo eWaste Management holds the following ISO certificates: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems, ISO 27001:2022 for information security management systems, and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety management systems.
The company has seen a consistent increase in revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT). Revenue from operations increased from Rs 44.78 crore in FY22 to Rs 58.45 crore in FY23 to Rs 100.93 crore in FY24, while PAT increased from Rs 1.81 crore in FY22 to Rs 2.41 crore in FY23 to Rs 6.83 crore in FY24.
The company has sold its products across approximately 20 states and Union Territories in India.
A major portion of the company’s sales is generated from Haryana. The state contributed 44.06%, 43.77%, and 28.95% to its revenue from operations in FY24, FY23, and FY22. Any adverse changes in the business environment or any negative developments in Haryana could hit the company’s operations and financial health.
A small number of customers contributed 47.49%, 68.77%, and 64.08% in FY24, FY23, and FY22 to the company’s revenue from operations. Any loss of these customers or a decline in orders from them could negatively impact its financial standing.
The company, along with its promoters and directors, is involved in certain legal proceedings. Adverse judgments in any of these cases could negatively impact the company’s business prospects.
As of March 21, 2024, Namo eWaste Management had a total outstanding indebtedness of Rs 14.53 crore. Any inability to service or repay these loans on time could negatively impact the company’s business.
