Founded in 2020 as a partnership, Lamosaic India initially offered products like flush doors, decorative laminates, acrylic sheets, printing paper (base), and plywood under the brand name "Swastik." These products were primarily sold to sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, construction, interior decor, furniture, and the plywood industry, catering to both commercial and residential needs.
In FY24, the firm transitioned from a partnership to a public limited company, rebranding itself as Lamosaic India Limited. After this, Lamosaic India expanded into manufacturing in September 2023.
Lamosaic India now offers services that include the design of laminates and acrylic sheets tailored to customer specifications. In addition to trading, the company manufactures and supplies customised laminated and decorative flush doors based on customer orders. Currently, both its trading and manufacturing operations are localised within Maharashtra.;

Strengths & Financials of Lamosaic India
Lamosaic India claims to adapt quickly to fluctuating market trends by continually introducing new and innovative designs and products.
Lamosaic India leverages word-of-mouth marketing, advertising, and promoting its products. The company actively distributes its design offerings directly to a network that includes dealers, distributors, stockists, and wholesalers.
The company has seen a consistent increase in revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT) over the past few years. Revenue from operations increased from Rs 10.01 crore in FY22 to Rs 31.67 crore in FY23 to Rs 55.64 crore in FY24, while PAT increased from Rs 0.51 crore in FY22 to Rs 4.07 crore in FY23 to Rs 8.23 crore in FY24.
Lamosaic India has a relatively brief operating history. The company has been in operation only for 4 years; therefore, predicting its future potential since its recent transition to a public limited company based on its past performance could be a challenge for investors.
The company's operations are confined geographically to Maharashtra. Any adverse developments in the business environment of the region could negatively impact the company’s operations.
A significant portion of Lamosaic India's revenue comes from its laminates product line. Laminates contributed 86%, 83.92%, 81.99%, and 93.34% in the six months ended on September 30, 2024, FY24, FY23, and FY22, respectively, to the revenue from operations. Any adverse developments in this segment or a decrease in demand for them could hurt the company’s business.
The company's manufacturing capabilities hinge on a single workshop located in Chembur, Maharashtra. Any disruption in this unit could hurt Lamosaic India's operations and financial stability.
As of September 20, 2024, Lamosaic India had a total outstanding debt (secured and unsecured borrowings) of Rs 14.76 crore. Any inability to repay or service these loans could adversely affect the company’s financial position.
There are ongoing legal proceedings involving Lamosaic India's promoters and associated entities. Any adverse judgments in any of these cases could be detrimental to the company’s business prospects.
The company has witnessed negative cash flows in the past. Any repeat of that in the future, would be negative for the company’s business.
