Kontor Space offers 'space-as-a-service' by renting and managing commercial spaces in four locations: Thane, Pune, Fort, and BKC (Mumbai). The company acquires properties and leases them to individual or multiple clients for their workspace needs. They provide customized furnishings on a per-seat basis. Additionally, Kontor Space invests in property modifications to align with its business model. They renovate and modernize properties, catering to various business requirements such as furniture, workstations, open work areas, offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, cafeterias, recreational spaces, reception areas, lockers, and relaxation zones. They also equip these spaces with essential peripherals like printers, scanners, attendance systems, telephones, high-speed internet, air conditioning, water coolers, designated smoking areas, and other amenities.;
