JNK India is a heating equipment company in India. The company has capabilities in thermal designing, engineering, manufacturing, supplying, installing and commissioning process fired heaters, reformers and cracking furnaces. Strengths & Financials of JNK

The company started operations in 2010 and has a project completion track record of over 10 years.
Diversified customer base - their customers are from, amongst others, the oil and gas, petrochemical and fertilizers industries.
Company’s revenue from operations, EBITDA, and profit after tax had grown at a CAGR of 71.97%, 68.09% and 67.75%, respectively for Fiscals 2021 to 2023.
Overall demand for heating equipment from Indian refineries, petrochemicals and fertilizer (urea) segments between Fiscal 2024 and Fiscal 2029 is estimated at Rs 270,890 million i.e. approximately Rs 45,000 million on annualized basis.
A significant portion of the company’s revenue comes from orders which are contracted to them by contracting customers. Any failure to obtain new contracts may impact their revenue from operations, cash flows and financial conditions materially and adversely.
Any downside in the capital expenditure of the oil and gas, petrochemical and fertilizers industry would create an adverse impact on the company’s revenue from operations, cash flows and financial conditions.
A majority portion of the company’s revenues comes from sales of heating equipment. Loss or decline in the demand of such heating equipment may result in an adverse effect on the business, revenue from operations, and financial condition.
The company does not have any trademark or logo registered in its name. They use the logo and trademark of one of their corporate promoters, JNK Heaters.
Company’s corporate promoter, JNK Heaters, is engaged in a similar line of business to that of this company.
Inability to accurately estimate the cost or match the prices quoted by its competitors in a tender may lead to loss of tender creating an adverse impact on its business.
The company outsources its fabrication process to third-party fabricators for most of its projects.
