The studio claims to be a Trusted Partner Network (TPN)-audited VFX provider, which delivers high-quality visual effects tailored to the stringent standards of the US and European markets. As part of the TPN initiative, which is a global effort to protect film and television content, the studio ensures stringent security measures to prevent leaks, breaches, and hacks of clients' productions before their official release, thereby upholding industry standards for content security.
The company claims to have longstanding relationships with major Bollywood studios and new-age production houses. This network provides consistent revenue visibility and positions the studio to participate in sequels and spin-offs of major franchises.
The company has seen a consistent increase in revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT). Revenue from operations increased from Rs 3.89 crore in FY22 to Rs 8.04 crore in FY23 to Rs 20.09 crore in FY24, while PAT increased from Rs 0.51 crore in FY22 to Rs 1.61 crore in FY23 to Rs 5.35 crore in FY24.
Identical Brains Studios relies heavily on its relationships with major Bollywood studios and key executive and creative professionals. These studios accounted for 66.49% in FY24, 67.51% in FY23, and 64.99% in FY22 to the revenue from operations. Any disruption in these relationships or changes in the studios’ production strategies could impact the company’s revenue.
A major portion of the company’s revenue is dependent on a few customers. The top 10 customers of the company contributed 76.55%, 80.01%, and 82.29% to the revenue from operations in FY24, FY23, and FY22, respectively.
