In addition to providing core medical, surgical, and emergency services, it provides complex and advanced healthcare in specialities, such as nephrology (including renal transplants), diabetology etc.
The company has expanded over the years by increasing the bed capacity of its hospitals from eight beds in July 2000 to 561 beds as of September 30, 2023. Future adverse actions or penalties against any Promoter Group member or associated entities by banks, RBI, SEBI, or regulatory authorities may adversely affect the company's reputation and business operations.
The company, along with its Promoters and Directors, is involved in certain legal proceedings, and any adverse developments may impact its operations. Potential litigation expenses and liabilities could adversely affect the company's reputation, business, financial condition, and cash flows.
The company has certain commitments and contingent liabilities that may adversely affect its financial condition. As of September 2023, its contingent liabilities amounted to Rs. 1.8 cr.
The company relies on third-party suppliers and manufacturers for supplies and equipment. Failure of such third parties to meet their obligations could adversely affect the business, results of operations and cash flows.
