Strengths & Financials of ECOS Mobility

Strengths
Risks
As of March 31, 2024, ECO Mobility operates in 109 cities spread over 21 states and four Union Territories. It uses both owned vehicles and vehicles from vendors.
Through its own vehicles and from its vendors, the company operated over 12,000 vehicles, ranging from economy cars to luxury coaches. Additionally, ECO Mobility offers specialised transportation options, including luggage vans, limousines, vintage cars, and accessible vehicles for individuals with disabilities.
ECO Mobility serves a variety of industries. It provides transportation services to clients such as InterGlobe Aviation (Indigo), HCL Corp, Safexpress, Deloitte Consulting India, and others.
The company has seen a steady increase in revenue from operations over the past few years. It rose from Rs 147.34 crore in FY22 to Rs 422.68 crore in FY23 and to Rs 554.41 crore in FY24. Profit after tax (PAT) also showed improvement, increasing from Rs 9.87 crore in FY22 to Rs 43.59 crore in FY23 to Rs 62.53 crore in FY24.
ECO Mobility's operations rely heavily on its relationship with vendors for vehicles and the supply of chauffeurs. For any reason, if these relationships sour or new ones are not formed, it could negatively impact the company's business.
A significant portion of ECO Mobility's revenue comes from a few key customers. The top 10 customers contributed Rs 182.05 crore (32.84%), Rs 150.74 crore (35.66%), and Rs 50.98 crore (34.60%) to total revenue in FY24, FY23, and FY22 respectively. Any loss of these key clients or slowdown in business from them could significantly affect the company's financial health.
The ETS business segment of ECO Mobility is significantly dependent on Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Any downturn in GCCs could affect the company’s revenue.
Long-standing relationships with certain customers are crucial to ECO Mobility’s revenue stream. The termination of contracts with one or more of these customers could adversely affect the company's business.
ECO Mobility faces various outstanding litigations involving the company, its directors, and promoters. Any adverse judgments in these cases could result in potential damages, impacting the company's operations.
As of June 30, 2024, ECO Mobility reported total borrowings of Rs 14.25 crore. Any inability to service or pay back these loans on time could negatively impact the company's business.
