I’m not able to apply as HNI

If you're trying to apply for a mainboard IPO as a High Net-worth Individual (HNI), here are a few things to check:
  • Investment Criteria: Your investment should be above ₹2 lakh and cannot exceed ₹5 lakh to qualify as an HNI.
  • Bidding Deadline: Make sure you apply before 3:50 PM on the last day of the IPO.
For SME IPOs, you can apply for 2 lots using the Individual Investor category and more than 2 lots using the HNI category. To learn more about SME IPOs, check out this blog.
