The ₹828 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Fujiyama Power Systems concludes its public bidding today, 17 November 2025. Till the end of day 2, the IPO received a total subscription of 0.41 times.

  • Issue Size: The Fujiyama Power Systems IPO is a book-building issue of ₹828 crores, comprising a fresh issue of ₹600 crores and an offer-for-sale of ₹228 crores by promoters Pawan Kumar Garg and Yogesh Dua.
  • Price Band: The price band is set at ₹216-₹228 per share.
  • Book-running lead managers: Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited
  • Registrar: KFin Technologies Limited
  • Listing: The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE and the BSE on November 20.
