The stages involved in online land registration in India are as follows:
Step 1: Check the circle rate for the area where your property/land is situated. The circular rate may differ depending on the type of property.
Step 2: Calculate the registration fees and stamp duty for the property.
Step 3: Make the payment for the stamp duty and property registration fees online.
Step 4: Book an appointment for the registrar's sub-office.
Step 5: The buyer, seller, and two witnesses must provide their signatures before submitting the land registration documents.
Step 6: Make sure to carry all the essential land documents to the registrar’s office for final registration.
