ILRMS Assam Land Record

The Integrated Land Records Management System (ILRMS) is a platform that assists the Assam Government in preserving all of the state's land records. The portal also ensures that the Revenue Circle, Sub-registrar, Deputy Commissioners' offices, and the Directorate of Land Records remain connected with one another, allowing for the easy transfer and registration of land records.

What is ILRMS?

Assam's integrated land record management system (Dharitri Assam) is known as ILRMS. The online preservation of accurate Dharitri Assam land records is critical to efficient land management. The manual record-keeping system has proven insufficient, with opacity, late or no updating, corruption, and harassment of the people. The State Government chose to build a web-based Integrated Land Records Management System (Dharitri Assam) to address all of these issues by ensuring interconnectedness between the Revenue Circle, Sub-registrar, Deputy Commissioners' offices, and the Directorate of Land Records (Dharitri Assam).

The Integrated Land Records System is made up of four parts: an online system for issuing N.O.C.s for the transfer of immovable property, as required by Section 21A of the Registration Act; Dharitri Assam, an online system for land record upkeep; e-Panjiyan, which is an online system for property registration; and an online system for land revenue collection. All four systems can communicate with one another to provide maximum efficiency, openness, and accountability in revenue management.

The Integrated Land Records Management System (Dharitri Assam) ensures that all processes for land transfer and registration, as well as land record upkeep, such as mutation, partition, conversion, reclassification, and land revenue collection, are handled online and that people have online access to land records.

The objective of ILRMS Assam

The Dharitri Assam portal (Dharitri Assam land records online) serves the following purposes:

• Reduce property scams, lawsuits, and disputes.
• Ensures that the revenue circle, deputy commissioner, and sub-registrar are all in sync.
• Property registration and transfer in Assam are simple.
• Update Assam land records, such as mutation, transfer, conversion, and reclassification, among other things.

Dharitree Assam (Dharitri Assam) internet site provides a variety of customer-focused services, including:-

• To transfer movable property, a N.O.C. (No Objection Certificate) must be issued online. According to Section 21A of the Property Registration Act, a N.O.C. is necessary for property transfer. 
• Monitor the status of the N.O.C.
• Online land record updates (Dharitri Assam land records)
• Dharitree Assam (Dharitri Assam) web portal is where you may register your property. 
• It is an online system for collecting land revenue.

How to Check Dharitri Assam land records online?

Here are the steps for land record Assam online check:

• To begin, go to the ILRMS Assam's official website.
• The homepage will be displayed on your screen.
• Select Jamabandi / Land Record from the drop-down menu.
• On your screen, a new page will appear.
• After you've chosen your district, the circle's list will appear on your screen.
• Choose a name for your circle.
• Choose the village name from the drop-down menu.
• On your screen, a new page will appear.
• Enter all of the necessary information, such as the Drag number.
• Fill in the captcha code.
• Select the Search option.
• If you don't know the Dag number, you can search for Assam land records by Pattadar name or Patta number.
• The records list will appear on your screen.
• Select the Jamabandi.

Land Record Search by Name Assam Offline

• If the village name does not appear on the Dharitri Services for citizens portal, contact the office circle in your region to obtain the land records.
• Perhaps there is a shortage of availability since not all of Assam's land records have been transferred to digital format.
• To date, about 26,000 villages' information on the ILRMS Assam portal has been updated.
• Go to the nearest circle office and fill out the necessary documentation to acquire a hard copy of Jamabandi Assam.
