- Minimum Documents

  • PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voters ID, Employee ID granted by Public Sector UndertakingGovernment/companies/Limited Companies only, Bank passbook, and Practice certificate that is issued by professional bodies such as ICAI/ICSI/ICWAI/ICFA are acceptable forms of identification.

  • A birth certificate, school leaving certificate, PAN card, LIC policy, driving license, or college certificate are all acceptable forms of proof of age.

  • Residential Proof: Voter ID, driver's license, valid passport, receipt of any insurer's life insurance premium, latest telephone bills, bank passbook, gas connection bill, or latest bank account statement, electricity bill, receipt of the co-operative housing society, rent agreement with the latest electricity bill

- For Self Employed

  • Proof: VAT service tax registration certificate, Shop and Establishment Certificate, Importer-Exporter Code Certificate, most recent bank account statement in the entity's name with complete address, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, the Partnership deed or the Registration Certificate for partnership firms, MOA/AOA along with Incorporation Certificate for corporations.

  • Proof of Operating Address: License Agreement in the entity's name, telephone bill/electricity bill in the entity's name, PAN notification letter, IT assessment order, acknowledged ITR of the entity, and most recent bank account statement in the name of the entity with complete address.

  • Signature Verification: ECS mandate, initial payment cheque clearance, banker's verification, and the documentation presented by the entity while creating the bank account.

- For Salaried

  • The salary account's statement of the previous six months, as well as three recent pay slips.
  • Form 16, appointment letter, HR authorized signatory letter
