The price band for the IPO has been set at ₹153 to ₹161 per share. The lot size is 800 shares.

The basis of allotment is anticipated to be finalised on July 9, 2025, with the listing on the BSE SME platform scheduled for July 11, 2025.

Allocation Structure

Individual investors are required to apply for at least two lots, which translates to 1,600 shares, amounting to ₹2,44,800.

High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) are required to apply for at least three lots (2,400 shares), amounting to ₹3,86,400.

The proceeds generated from the IPO are earmarked for several strategic purposes. Key objectives include the repayment of certain borrowings and funding capital expenditure necessary for establishing new office premises in Mumbai.

Additionally, a portion of the funds will be allocated towards setting up an interactive experience centre at the company's registered office, with the remaining capital intended for general corporate purposes.

Hem Securities has been appointed as the book-running lead manager for the issue. KFin Technologies will serve as the registrar, facilitating the IPO process. Hem Finlease is designated as the market maker for the offering.
