Brigade Hotel Ventures which launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on July 24, 2025 made its debut on Dalal Street today on July 31, 2025. The shares of Brigade Hotel Ventures made a weak debut, listing at discount at both NSE and BSE.
The shares opened at ₹82 on the BSE, marking a discount of 8.8% over the IPO upper price band of ₹90. On NSE, the shares of Brigade Hotel Ventures opened at ₹81.10, marking a discount of 9.89%.
Ahead of its listing, the Grey Market Premium of Brigade Hotel Ventures stood at ₹0, indicating a flat listing. The current listing indicates a weaker debut compared to the grey market estimates.
Brigade Hotel Ventures IPO is a bookbuilding IPO with a total issue size of ₹759.60 crores. It is entirely a fresh issue of 8.44 crore shares. The issue price band is set at ₹85 – ₹90 per share. The minimum lot size of the issue is 166, with a minimum investment of ₹14,110.
Jm Financial Limited is the book-running lead manager of the Brigade Hotel Ventures IPO, while Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the issue.

On Day 3, Brigade Hotel Ventures IPO was subscribed 4.75 times. The public issue was subscribed 6.83 times in the retail category, 5.74 times in QIB, and 2.03 times in the NII category.
Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd is the hospitality arm of real estate giant Brigade Enterprises Ltd, founded in 2004 and based in Bengaluru. It owns a portfolio of nine operating hotels with 1,604 keys across key cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru, and GIFT City, Gujarat. These properties are operated under global hospitality brands such as Marriott, Accor, and InterContinental, spanning midscale to upper-upscale segments. As of June 2024, it was the second-largest private chain-affiliated hotel owner in South India.
In FY24, the company reported a revenue of ₹401.7 crore and a net profit of ₹31.14 crore.
