Today is Day 2 of the Leela Hotels (Schloss Bangalore) IPO, which opened yesterday, 26 May 2025. The bidding window will close on May 28, 2025. The company aims to raise ₹3,500 crores through a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale.
The IPO is a book-built issue of ₹3,500 crores, combining a fresh issue of 5.75 crore shares and an offer for sale of 2.30 crore shares. The price band is set between ₹85 to ₹90 per share. Allotment results will be out on May 29, 2025, and the tentative listing date on BSE and NSE is June 2, 2025.

As of 27 May 2025, Leela Hotels' IPO's GMP stood at ₹12.5. The expected listing gain is ₹447.5, i.e., a 2.87% gain per share over the upper price band.
