Indiabulls AMC has launched a new open-ended equity scheme called Indiabulls Multi-Cap Fund. The NFO is open from 4th March to 18th March 2020. This scheme will invest across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks.
The scheme is suitable for investors seeking medium to long term capital growth. This scheme has a moderately high-risk profile. The units will be offered at Rs. 10 per unit during the New Fund Offer period and at NAV based prices upon reopening.

The scheme aims to generate medium to long term capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio. The scheme offers both direct as well as regular plans. Further, the scheme has Growth and dividend options across a common portfolio.
The scheme would work along the lines of the top-down and bottom-up approaches of investing and will aim at being diversified across various industries and/or sectors and/ or market capitalization.
The scheme will be investing in companies with sound corporate management and prospects of good future growth. The main focus would be on stocks driven by long-term fundamentals.
A part of the scheme will also be invested across IPOs, emerging sectors, concept stocks and other primary market offerings that meet the investment criteria set by the AMC.
Since the aim of the scheme is long term wealth creation, Indiabulls multicap fund scheme will invest a 65-100% of its investable assets in equity and equity-related instruments. The remaining investment of the scheme may be invested in debt & money market instruments and other liquid instruments or both.
Debt Investments
The fund endeavors to invest in quality debt instruments across maturities based on the interest rate outlook. The fund will be actively managed. The scheme invests in debt instruments such as government securities, corporate debentures and bonds, quasi-government bonds and money market instruments.
Mr. Veekesh Gandhi (Equity Segment)
Veekesh Gandhi comes with an enriching experience of more than 18 years in the field of Banking and Capital markets. Prior to joining Indiabulls, Veekesh was associated with DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd, SSKI Securities, and Motilal Oswal Securities, wherein he was responsible for tracking the BFSI sector and research on investment ideas.
He is extremely research-oriented and practices a Top-Down approach for Large Caps and Bottom-Up approach for Mid / Small Cap. He is well-versed with Indian and Global Macros. Mr. Vikrant Mehta (Joint Head – Fixed Income, Debt)

Prior to joining Indiabulls, Mehta has worked with PineBridge Investments, NVS Brokerage, JM Morgan Stanley and Mata Securities. He holds an M.S. in Engineering and a CFA from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.
